I've always been one to not make New Year's Resolutions. I always thought that if you want to make a change, then do it. No need for a new year to make a change. But, there really is no better time to start anew than a new year. So, I have compiled a list of goals, not resolutions, that I hope to accomplish this year.
- Be healthier. Eat better, drink more water, exercise, eat more real food and less processed foods.
- Blog more. Both here and my other blog (dedicated to healthy eating and exercise)
- Be more patient. Especially with my kids. They're little, they're learning and I'm their teacher.
- Become more organized and less cluttered.
- Keep a cleaner house.
