Time to get back on track! We spent last week at my sister's house in Virginia. I pretty much ate like I've never eaten before. Had a great time with my family, but glad to be back home.

Sunday: Cheesy Basil Stuffed Chicken, Jasmine rice and roasted vegetable medley
Monday: Three Bean Chili and Cornbread
Tuesday: Dinner at the in-laws
Wednesday: Pierogi's with sautéed peppers & onions and salad
Thursday: Stuffed Peppers and salad
Friday: Jason's company Christmas dinner
Saturday: Smoked pork shoulder, sweet potato fries and roasted asparagus
