Salsa

This is a super simple, easy, minimal ingredient salsa that we love.  This is my sister's recipe and it's always a top request when we visit.  The food processor does all the work, but even if you don't have one you can still make it....it'll just take a little longer :)

Ingredients:

1-2 jalapenos (depending on size and how much heat you like), seeded and cut into large chunks
1/4 large red onion, cut into large chunks
2 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled
Small handful of cilantro
4 large tomatoes, seeded and cut into large chunks
1 tsp kosher salt

Directions:

1.  Place the jalapenos, onion, garlic, and cilantro into a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

2.  Add in the tomatoes and salt and pulse until you reach your desired consistency.  Cover and refrigerate or serve immediately.  Enjoy!

Bon Appetit!
